ATR Mixing Rooms

Col-Met ATR Paint Mixing Rooms provide a clean, contaminant-free environment for paint preparation and mixing. Delivering optimal air circulation and filtration, our paint mixing rooms effectively remove air particulates that can negatively permeate paints being processed.

ATR Paint Mixing Rooms come standard with exhaust chamber, an air intake plenum, a control panel and a personnel door with window, and are available with an optional durable white finish. All models and configurations are UL/ETL Listed.

Smooth and consistent in performance, air is drawn in through the filtered air intake plenum through the work area and into the exhaust chamber located in the lower opposite end of the room. The filtered exhaust air is then drawn through the exhaust plenum, making a clean discharge into the outside atmosphere through the exhaust stack and providing optimal ventilation.

ATR Paint Mixing Rooms are equipped with four-tube, 48", 32-watt, Class 1-Div. 2, fluorescent ceiling panel light fixtures that deliver full booth illumination and enhanced clarity. Each light is sealed behind clear, tempered safety glass, and all fixtures are UL/ETL Listed and approved for their intended use and placement.

Col-Met Spray Booth Products comply with all applicable OSHA and NFPA regulations.
